1. Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-4 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Shipping Methods: We offer standard and express shipping options at checkout. Delivery times vary based on location.

  • International Shipping: We ship worldwide! However, customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

  • Tracking Information: Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent via email.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Exchanges: If you need a different size or color, please request an exchange within 14 days. Exchange eligibility depends on stock availability.

  • Refunds: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, limited edition drops, and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Cancellation Requests: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Address Changes: Contact us immediately if you need to update your shipping address. Once an order is shipped, changes cannot be made.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace or refund the item.
